Please review the revised Population Protection Plan. The Stage 2 Evacuation Warning for residents of the 400 Subdivision and Spring Creek Cabins was lifted at 6 a.m. on August 27, 2013. A Population Protection Plan has been developed for the Rock Creek Fire incident in the event there is significant fire movement to the East accross Highway 212 and Rock Creek, to the North past Point of Rocks, or to the West accross the ridge running North from Wapiti Mountain. The plan was developed as a preventative measure to aid in structure protection and public safety should it be needed.
